  1. 100gm indian cottage Chesse or chena
  2. 250 gm khoya
  3. Half tea spn elaichi powder
  4. Few drop rose water
  5. Half cup decicated coconut
  6. Two drop green colour
  7. 3to4 drops of red colour
  8. 250 gm sugar
  9. 50gm powder sugar

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GM KHOYA 100 GM PANNER RED COLOUR AND ROSE ESSENCE
  2. PUT CHENA ON A PLATE
  3. MASH IT
  4. KNEAD TILL BECAME SOFT
  5. ADD ROSE ESSENCE AND RED COLOUR
  6. GIVE A NICE MIX
  7. ITS TURN PINK COLOUR
  8. TAKE 250 GM SUGAR AND ONE LITER WATER
  9. PUT A PAN ON FLAME ADD WATER
  10. ADD SUGAR
  11. BOIL IT
  12. SUGAR SYRUPE IS READY NOW
  13. DEVIDE THE CHENA IN EQUEL PORTION
  14. MAKE VRY SMALL BALL BECAUSE AFTER MAKING IT CRESSE IN SIZE
  15. MAKE BALL
  16. PUT THE CHENA BALL IN CHASNI
  17. COOK IT ON HIGH FLAME
  18. TO COVER IT
  19. AFTER 15 MINUTE ITS DONE
  20. LOOK THE SIZE
  21. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND COOL IT CONPLETLY
  22. AFTER COOLING TAKE OUT RASGULAS FROM CHASNI
  23. PUT IN FRIDGE FOR HALF AN HOUR
  24. TAKE KHOYA RASGULAS GREEN COLOUR AND ELAICHI PWD AND POWDER SUGAR
  25. MICRIWAVE THE KHOYA FOR 2 MINUTE
  26. ITS BECAME SOFT
  27. MASH IT AND ADD COLOUR
  28. ADD POWDER SUGAR
  29. MIX ALL MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH
  30. TAKE A SMALL SIZE BALL MAKE FLATTERN AND FILL RASGULA IN IT
  31. COAT WITH DECICATED COCONUT
  32. GIVE A SHAPE AND PUT IN PAPPER CUP
  33. MAKE ALL WITH SAME PROCESS PUT A SMALL CHERY PICESE ON TOP
  34. ITS DONE NOW PUT IB FRIDGE FOR TWO HOUR THEN ENJOY
  35. I CUT JUST ONE TO SHOW HOW BEAUTIFUL COLOUR AND FULL OF TEST
