Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gm maida
  2. 100gm ghee
  3. One tbl spn powder sugar
  4. Roasted chilli powder
  5. Roasted sounf and dhania pwd
  6. One tbl spn kaju
  7. salt to test
  8. Half tea spn Aamchur
  9. One cup fry moong dal
  10. One cup roasted peanuts
  11. Resin

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & 100 GMS GHEE IN 500 GMS FLOUR
  2. ADD SOME WATER, KNEAD INTO A STIFF DOUGH, KEEP ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR
  3. GRIND 1 CUP GATHIYA
  4. GRIND 1 CUP EACH OF ROASTED PEANUTS & FRIED MOONG DAL
  5. FRY 1/4 CUP RAISINS & CASHEWS IN 1 TBSP HOT GHEE
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
  7. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP EACH OF ROASTED CORIANDER-FENNEL POWDER
  8. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP EACH OF AMCHUR & DRY GINGER
  9. ADD GROUND DAL PEANUT- GATHIYA, 1 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR
  10. TAKE OFF HEAT, COOL
  11. ROLL SMALL POORIS FROM READY DOUGH
  12. MAKE A CONE, SEAL EDGES WITH WATER
  13. FILL 1/2 TSP STUFFING, SEAL & SHAPE INTO A SAMOSA
  14. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL ON LOW HEAT
  15. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  16. COOL, STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
