Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup corn cobs
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. jeera 1/2 tsp
  4. 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. hing - 1 pinch
  7. Curry leaves 7-8
  8. Green chili 2 , chopped
  9. salt to taste
  10. haldi 1/2 tsp
  11. 1 tsp red chili powder
  12. For garnish---
  13. coriander leaves , 3 tbsp chopped
  14. coconut bits 2 tbsp
  15. pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  2. SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD GARLIC AND SAUTE UNTIL AROMATIC
  4. ADD GREEN CHILI AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS
  5. ADD ONION AND SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  6. NOW ADD HALDI AND RED CHILI POWDER. MIX WELL
  7. ADD CORN AND MIX WELL
  8. COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MIN OVER LOW HEAT
  9. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  10. SPRINKLE LEMON JUICE AND MIX.
  11. GARNISH WITH COCONUT
  12. SPRINKLE CORIANDER LEAVES ON TOP
  13. TOP WITH POMEGRANATE SEEDS AND SERVE HOT
