Very simple and healthy cookies to serve kids.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup bajra Flour
  2. 1/2 cup melted butter
  3. 1 egg
  4. Baking powder & Baking soda 1/3 tsp each
  5. 1/2 cup powdered coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. TAKE THE BAJRA FLOUR AND ADD ALL THE DRY POWDERS-BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND POWDERED SUGAR
  2. ADD THE EGG
  3. MIX THE FLOUR WELL
  4. ADD BUTTER AND MAKE A DOUGH.MAKE SURE THE DOUGH IS NOT TOO SOFT OR HARD
  5. LIKE THIS
  6. FLATTEN THE DOUGH AND CUT WITH A COOKIE CUTTER
  7. REPEAT TILL THE DOUGH IS OVER
  8. PLACE THE COOKIES IN A BAKING TRAY AND APPLY THE MILK WASH
  9. SPRINKLE THE SLICED NUTS
  10. ALL READY TO GO IN THE OVEN.IF YOU FEEL THE COOKIES ARE TOO SOFT , PLACE THE TRAY IN THE FRIDGE FOR 10 MINS AND THEN BAKE
  11. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS OR TILL THE COOKIES CRACK A BIT AND THE BOTTOM TURNS GOLDEN
  12. ENJOY THE COOKIE DUNKED IN MILK.HEALTHY WAY TO SERVE COOKIES TO THE LITTLE ONES
