Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For stuffing-:
  2. 1/2 cup yellow moong daal
  3. 1 tsp chilly powder
  4. 1 tsp coriender powder
  5. 1/2 cumin powder
  6. 2 tsp aamchur powder
  7. 1tsp fennel seeds powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  9. 1-1/2 oil
  10. 1/4 tsp asofotedia
  11. salt to taste
  12. For dough-:
  13. 1-1/2 All purpose flour ( maida)
  14. 2 tbsp ghee ya oil
  15. salt to taste
  16. oil for frying
  17. 2 cup water
  18. 1/2 कप

Instructions

  1. GRIND THE ROASTED MOONG DAAL.
  2. IN A BOWL PUT GRINDED MOONG DAAL AND CORIANDER POWDER , CHILLY POWDER, AAMCHUR POWDER, GARAM MASALA , CUMIN POWDER , FENNEL POWDER , SALT AND MIX IT PROPERLY.
  3. MAKE A DOUGH OF MAIDA WITH SALT AND OIL
  4. HEAT OIL ON A VERY LOW FLAME AND FRY THEM UNTIL THEY TURN BROWN IN A COLOUR.
  5. TAKE A KADHAI AND PUT OIL , JEERA , ASAFOETIDA AND DRY MASALA POWDER.
  6. ADD CHOPPED BOILED POTATO , SALT , DRY MANGO POWDER AND MIX IT
