Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 3 cup
  2. spinach 100 gm
  3. Beetroot 1
  4. turmeric 1/2tbsp
  5. butter 4tbsp
  6. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. BLEND 100 GMS CHOPPED PALAK WITH 2 TBSP WATER TO MAKE A PUREE.
  2. BLEND 1 CHOPPED BEETROOT & 2 TBSP WATER TO MAKE A PUREE.
  3. TAKE 1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & SPINACH PUREE. KNEAD TO FORM A DOUGH.
  4. TAKE 1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP SALT & BEETROOT PUREE. KNEAD TO FORM A DOUGH.
  5. TAKE A BOWL ADD 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, 1/2 TSP SALT & 1/2TBSP TURMERIC POWDER. KNEAD USING WATER TO FORM A DOUGH.
  6. ROLL ROTIS FROM EACH OF THE 3 DOUGHS.
  7. APPLY 1/2TBSP BUTTER ON GREEN ROTI & COVER WITH YELLOW ROTI.
  8. COVER YELLOW ROTI WITH THE RED ROTI. ROLL IT.
  9. CUT THE TRI-COLOURED ROLL INTO PIECES. FURTHER ROLL THE CUT PIECES.
  10. COOK EACH SIDE OF THE PARANTHA USING 1 TBSP GHEE.
  11. SERVE WITH CURD.
