Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 6 tsp ghee
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 cup water
  5. For salad and colour....
  6. 1 cup grained spinach
  7. 1 cup grated beetroot
  8. 1 cup smooth paste of sprouted chickpeas and green gram
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. For salad...
  11. 1/4 cup sprouted green gram
  12. 1/2 tsp salt
  13. 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  14. 1 cup grated coconut
  15. For topping....
  16. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. CHOP FINELY AND GRATE THE SALAD INGREDIENTS.
  2. ROUGHLY GRIND SEPARATELY ONION AND SPINACH.
  3. MIXUP FINELY SPROUTED BROWN CHICK PEAS AND GREEN GRAM THEN GRIND SMOOTHLY.
  4. TAKE HALF CUP OF WHOLE WHEAT POWDER.
  5. ADD 3 TSP GROUND SPINACH AND 1/4 CUP OF WATER.
  6. ADD 1/8 TSP OF SALT AND 1/2 TSP OF GHEE, MIX WELL.
  7. KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH THEN FOLLOW THE SAME FOR OTHER COLORS ALSO.
  8. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND DO YELLOW DOUGH.
  9. 5 COLOUR SMOOTH DOUGH BALLS ARE READY.
  10. MIX TOGETHER ALL THE REMAINING SALAD INGREDIENTS ALONG SPROUTED GREEN GRAM.
  11. ADD SALT, GRATED COCONUT, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX WELL THE SALAD.
  12. GENEROUSLY DUST WITH FLOUR.
  13. ROLL EACH SEPARATELY IN THE SAME WAY.
  14. NOW TAKE ALL THE 5 CHAPATIS AND KEEP ONE OVER THE OTHER.
  15. ROLL IT COMPLETELY FROM ONE END TO OTHER.
  16. CUT INTO EQUAL PIECES.
  17. AGAIN DUST LITTLE FLOUR.
  18. ROLL THE PIECES INTO CHAPATIS.
  19. ROAST IT ON HOT PAN.
  20. FLIP OVER, APPLY GHEE TO BOTH THE SIDES.
  21. ROAST TILL THE BROWN COLOUR HERE AND THERE.
  22. TAKE A CHAPATI PLACE IT ON OVEN WIRE RACK BY BEND.
  23. ROAST IT FOR 3 MINUTES ON180 DEGREE POWER.
  24. NOW TACO IS READY, DO ANOTHER ONE.
  25. PLACE A CHAPATI ON SERVING PLATE WITH ONE TACO.
  26. GREASE TOMATO KETCHUP.
  27. FILL THE TACO WITH SALAD.
  28. FILL EACH TACO AND CHAPATI WITH SALAD AND SPRINKLE TOMATO KETCHUP, THEN SERVE.
