  1. Vitamin leaves 1 cup
  2. Apple chopped 1 cup
  3. Green gram soaked 1 cup
  4. cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Onion chopped 1 cup
  7. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  8. Bombay rava 1 cup

Instructions

  1. SEPARATE THE VITAMIN LEAVES FROM STRING
  2. CLEAN AND CHOP APPLE
  3. PEEL OFF AND CHOP ONIONS
  4. ADD VITAMIN LEAVES AND APPLE IN MIXIE
  5. ADD SALT AND GREEN GRAM
  6. POUR 4 TSP OF WATER AND GRIND COARSELY
  7. POUR GROUND BATTER
  8. SIEVE AND ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  9. ADD CHOPPED ONION
  10. MIX WELL
  11. TAKE SMALL PORTIONS OF DOUGH, PAT AND ROLL ON BOMBAY RAVA
  12. HEAT IRON TAVA, APPLY OIL
  13. PLACE THEM ON TAVA
  14. SPRINKLE FEW DROPS OF OIL
  15. FLIP THEM AND FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME
  16. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN OR CRISPY, REMOVE THEM AND SERVE IN HOT
