ABOUT Red velvet cake trifle RECIPE

This is the best time to make delicious trifles out of your leftover cakes or muffins. I had some red velvet muffins left with which I've ended up making this ultimately flavourfull trifle. Fresh fruits and cream combined to give the lovely punch. If you have any Christmas / plum cake left over do give it a try this way. I'm sure it's going to taste outstanding too. So no worries with any left over cakes. This is the best way to enjoy it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover cakes or muffins - 1 cup(crumbled)
  2. Fresh fruits of your choice:
  3. Pomogranete - 1/4 cup
  4. Thinly sliced apple - 1/4 cup
  5. Halved green grapes - 1/4 cup
  6. Oranges - 1/4 cup
  7. Fresh cream / whip cream - 1/4 cup
  8. Grated dark chocolate - 1/4 cup
  9. Sweet syrup:
  10. Water - 3 tbsps
  11. Sugar powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. CRUMBLE THE LEFT OVER MUFFIN OR CAKE KEEP FRESH FRUITS OF YOUR CHOICE READY TO USE.
  2. TAKE 3 TBSPS OF WATER AND DISSOLVE A TSP OF SUGAR POWDER
  3. GRATE DARK CHOCOLATE FOR GARNISH
  4. ADD 2 TBSPS OF CRUMBLED MUFFIN TO A GLASS . ADD A TSP OF SWEET SYRUP
  5. START ADDING FRUITS. I'VE USED HALVED GRAPES, ORANGE, POMOGRANETE, THINLY DICED APPLE HERE.
  6. ADD SOME CREAM FOR TASTE. FRESH CREAM OR WHIP CREAM.
  7. GARNISH WITH GRATED DARK CHOCOLATE AND SOME MORE POMOGRANETE SEEDS.
  8. VOILA!! CAN'T WAIT TO DIG IN
