leftover sabji we all have in our home.i want to give an idea to have it with rice, but with a japanese twist as like sushi..wrapped with spinach leaves

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. left over veg or non veg sabji 1 plate
  2. left over boiled rice
  3. butter 1 tspn
  4. mixed herbs 1/4 tspn
  5. foil

Instructions

  1. TAKE SOME CHOPPED ONIONS,CAPSICUM,CORIANDER,GREEN CHILLES & MIXED WITH THE LEFT OVER SABJI
  2. ADD 1 TSPN MUSTARD MAYONNAISE
  3. PLACE THE WASHED SPINACH LEAVES ON THE FOIL PAPER
  4. PLACE THE RICE (SLIGHTLY MASHED WITH BUTTER)
  5. PLACE THE SABJI MIXTURE ON THE TOP OF THE RICE
  6. ADD 1/2 TSPN BUTTER,1/4 TSPN MIXED HERBS AND TOPPED WITH SPINACH LEAVES
  7. ROLL IT DOWN AND AT THE SAME TIME SEALED THE SIDES
  8. PUT INTO THE HOT WATER TO BOIL ATLEAST FOR 12/15 MIN.COOL DOWN THEN OPEN THE FOIL AND CUT INTO HALVES SERVE HOT
