Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  2. Cumin 1 tsp
  3. Grated garlic 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  5. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  7. Kasurimethi 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Milk 1/2 cup
  10. Water 1/2 cup
  11. Boiled green peas 1 cup
  12. Fresh Chopped coriender 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL AND FRY ONION, ADD GRATED GARLIC,CUMIN AND TURMERIC POWDER.
  2. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIENDER POWDER
  3. ADD KASURIMETHI AND TOMATO PUREE.
  4. COOK TILL IT START LEAVING OIL AND ADD HALF CUP OF MILK AND COOK WELL.
  5. ADD HALF CUP OF WATER AND SALT.
  6. COOK WELL .
  7. ADD BOILED PEAS.
  8. COOK FOR TWO MINUTES THEN ADD GARAM MASALA . GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED CORIENDER.
