Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped boiled potato - half cup
  2. Grated carrot - half cup
  3. oil -2 tsp
  4. Chopped onion -1
  5. Chopped green chilli -1
  6. Chopped garlic cloves -2
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - few
  8. Soup cube -1
  9. Freshly ground pepper - 1/2 -1 tsp
  10. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  11. vinegar -1/2 tsp
  12. salt if need add little( already salt in soup cube)
  13. Chopped garlic clove's -2
  14. Chopped green chilli -1

Instructions

  1. GET READY WITH ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE POTATO SOUP
  2. HEAT OIL,ADD CHOPPED ONION,CHILLI AND GARLIC,SAUTE AND ADD FINELY CHOPPED POTATO AND GRATED CARROT
  3. POUR 2 -3 CUPS OF POTATO BOILED WATER.
  4. NOW ADD ONE SOUP CUBE
  5. LET IT BOIL FOR FEW MINUTES.
  6. LOW THE FLAME AND CLOSE WITH LID.
  7. NOW GOING TO ADD PEPPER,SOY SAUCE AND WHITE VINEGAR
  8. POTATO,CARROT IS COOKED SOFT IN THE SOUP.
  9. ADD FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
  10. THEN SOY SAUCE AND VINEGAR.
  11. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
  12. POTATO SOUP READY.
  13. CAREFULLY TRANSFER IT.
  14. SERVE THE DELICIOUS HEALTHY SOUP WITH BREAD STICKS OR TOASTED BREAD.
