Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover rice. 400 gm
  2. Shredded garlic. 7 cloves
  3. Chopped onion. 1/2 cup
  4. chopped coliflower. 1/3 cup
  5. Chopped tomatoes. 1/2 cup
  6. Shredded potatoes. 1/2 cups
  7. Soya sauce. 1 tbs
  8. Vinegar. 1 tbs
  9. tomato paste. 1 tbs
  10. Whole cumin seeds. 1 tsp
  11. Dry red chilli shredded. 2 tbs
  12. Mustard seeds. 1 tsp
  13. Lamon leaves 5/6
  14. Oil. 3 tbs
  15. Green chilli. 5/6
  16. Peanut. 2 tbs
  17. Tarmaric Powder. 1/2 tsp
  18. salt as to taste

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED ONION, SHREDDED GARLIC, TOMATOES,COLIFLOWER, CUMIN, MASTARD SEEDS,BAY LEAVES,RED CHILLI, LAMON LEAVES, CORIANDER LEAVES.
  2. SOYA SAUCE, TOMATO PASTE,OIL, VINEGAR,SALT, GREEN CHILLI,BASELLA POTATO, LEFT OVER RICE,TURMARIC POWDER.
  3. HEAT OIL.ADD MASTURD SEEDS,RED CHILLI,BAY LEAVES, GARLIC ONE AFTER ANOTHER.STIR WELL.
  4. WHEN GARLIC GETS ALMOST BROWN ADD ONION.STIR WELL.
  5. ADD SOYA SAUCE, TOMATO PASTE.
  6. ADD SHREDDED POTATOES AND MAKE A STIR.
  7. WHEN POTATO IS HALF DONE, ADD CHOPPED COLIFLOWER
  8. ADD BASELLA SEEDS, PEANUTS, GREEN CHILLIES.STIR FRY WELL UNTILL EVERY INGREDENTS INGREATS PROPERLY.
  9. ADD LEFTOVER RICE, LAMON LEAVES AND MAKE A GOOD STIR.AND ALLOW IT TO COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 8-10 MINUTES
  10. SUPERB DELICIOUS, INCREDIBLY NUTRITIOUS STIR FRIED GARLIC-BASELLA SEEDS RICE IS DONE.
  11. SERVE HOT WITH MAIN DISH AS TO YOUR CHOICE .A LITTLE WITH GARNISHING.
