  1. Chopped pumpkin. 1/2 cup
  2. Salt. 1/2 tsp
  3. Jeggary. 1&1/2 tbs
  4. rice flour. 3/4 cup
  5. All purpose flour. 2 tbs
  6. Nut meg powder. 1/4 tsp.
  7. Water. 1 tbs
  8. Green coriander leaves 2 tbs
  9. Gizzard KABEB:
  10. chicken gizzard 10 pcs
  11. Red chilli powder. 1 tbs
  12. coriander & Cumin Pow 1/2 tba.der
  13. Hot tomato sauce. 1/2 tbs
  14. Soya sauce. 2 tsp
  15. Vinegar. 1 tsp.
  16. All spices powder b 1/4 tsp
  17. Ginger-garlic padte 1/2 tbs
  18. salt 1 tsp.

Instructions

  1. RICE FLOUR,ALL PURPOSE FLOUR,NUT MEG, GINGER, YOGART, CUMIN POWDER, CHICKEN GIZZARD, GARLIC.
  2. BOILED PUMPKIN,JEGGARY,ALL SPICES POWDER,OIL,DALT,HOT TOMATO SAUCE,SOYA SAUCE.OILLAMON JUICE.
  3. BOIL 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PUMKIN IN SUFFICIENT WATER.
  4. STRAIN & TRANSFER BOILED PUMPKIN IN A BOWL.
  5. MAKE IT SMOOTH.
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP SALT.
  7. ADD 1&1/2 TBS GRANULLED JAGGERY .
  8. ADD 3/4 CUP RICE FLOUR.
  9. ADD 2 TBS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR.
  10. ADD 1/4 TSP NUT MEG POWDER.
  11. ADD 1 TBS WATER.
  12. KNEADING WELL MAKE A SMOOTH DOUT.
  13. ADD 2 TBS GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  14. FLATTEN WITH ROLLING PIN MAKE BREAD.
  15. BREAD SHOULD BE VERY THIN.
  16. FRY ALL BREAD/ ROTI IN A PAN.
  17. FLIP THE BREAD.
  18. BREADS ARE READY.....
  19. TRANSFER WASHED GIZZARD IN A BOWL.
  20. ADD 1 TBS RED CHILLI POWDER.
  21. ADD 1/2 TSP CORIANDER & CUMIN POWDER.
  22. ADD 1 TBS HOT TOMATO SAUCE.
  23. ADD 1/2 TBS SOYA SAUCE
  24. ADD 1/4 TSP ALL SPICES POWDER.
  25. ADD 1/2 TBS YOGART.
  26. ADD 1 TSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE.
  27. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
  28. ALLOW IT TO MARINATE IT AT LEAST ONE HOUR, FOR BEST RESULT MARINATE CHICKEN GIZZARD FOR WHOLE NIGHT.
  29. SET GIZZARDS IN SQUEAR.
  30. ADD 1/2 TBS OIL IN A PAN AND STIR FRY GIZZARD.
  31. KREP FLAME MEDIUM HIGH.
  32. FLIP GIZZARDS IF ONE SIDE IS FULLY DONE.
  33. SERVE HOT WITH PUMKIN- JAGGERY BREAD.
