  1. Bread slice 5
  2. potato cutlet 5
  3. curd 1 cup
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Corriender chutney 1 cup
  6. tamarind chutney 1 cup
  7. pomegranate seeds and sev bhujiya for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES, 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 GREEN CHILLI, 1 TSP CHAT MASALA
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 /2 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. MIX WELL
  4. SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS, FLATTEN INTO TIKKIS, KEEP ASIDE
  5. HEAT 1 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  6. ADD THIS TADKA INTO 1 CUP CURD
  7. CUT BREAD SLICES INTO CIRCLES
  8. STICK THE TIKKIS ON THE BREAD ROUNDS
  9. SHALLOW FRY IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL
  10. SPREAD 1-2 TSP CURD ON THE BREAD ROUNDS
  11. LET IT COOK FOR 5 MINS
  12. COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  13. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN DONE
  14. PLACE IN A SERVING PLATE, TOP WITH GREEN & TAMARIND CHUTNEYS
