Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooking oil 4 tsp
  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Onion chopped 1 cup
  4. Capsicum chopped 2 cup
  5. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. MTR garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Raisins few
  8. Cooking leaves chopped 1 tsp
  9. Fresh green peas 1 cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cooked rice 1 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT 4 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP URAD DAL, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 1 CUP SLICED ONIONS
  3. ADD 2 CUPS SLICED CAPSICUM, COOK TILL SOFT
  4. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF PEPPER & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  6. ADD 1 CUP PEAS
  7. 2 TBSP RAISINS
  8. ADD 1 CUP COOKED RICE, MIX
  9. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, TAKE OFF HEAT
