  1. 250 grams brinjal for bharta
  2. 2 onions square chopped
  3. 2 tomatoes chopped fine
  4. 2tblspn oil or ghee as preferred
  5. Curry leaves
  6. 1 dried red chilli
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2tspn red chilli powder
  9. 2tspn cummin corrianderpowder
  10. Green chillies optional

Instructions

  1. ROAST BRINJAL 250 GRAMS APPROXIMATELY ON AN MESH ON FULL FLAME
  2. KEEP INGREDIENTS READY 2 ONION,2 TOMATOES CURRY LEAVES,SPICES ,1 CUP GREEN PEAS,MASHED BRINJAL CLEAN
  3. HEAT 2TBLSPN OIL AND ADD CURRY LEAVES,A DRIED RED CHILLIE,AND CHOPPED ONIONS
  4. ADD ONE CUP OF GREEN PEAS TO THE ONIONS NOW STIR FRY WELL
  5. STIR FRY WELL AND ADD 1TSPN SALT OR AS PER TASTE
  6. TO ONIONS STIRFRIED WITH PEAS ADD 2TSPN RED CHILLI KASHMIRI POWDER,2TSPN CUMMIN CORRIANDER POWDER
  7. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES NOW AND STIR FRY ALL WELL
  8. COOK STIRFRY THE TOMATOES WELL
  9. TO THE COOKED TOMATO ONION MIX ADD THE ROASTED BRINJAL,/BAIGAN
  10. MASH WELL FOLD IN THE MASALA AND BAIGAN WELL COOK COVERED 3-4MINUTES
  11. SLIT TWO GREEN CHILLIES ADD LAST TO AVOID THE HOT TASTE
