  1. 1 bowl yellow moong dal
  2. Grated paneer
  3. Chopped Onions
  4. Coriander
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP DHULI MOONG DAL IN WATER FOR 2 HOURS
  2. DRAIN, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  3. TAKE THE GROUND BATTER, ADD SALT & PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE, KEEP ASIDE
  4. FOR THE FILLING - TAKE 1 CUP GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE, ADD 1 ONION, 2 TBSP CORIANDER, SALT & PEPPER
  5. SPREAD A LADLE FULL OF THE DAL BATTER ON A HOT TAVA, PLACE SOME COTTAGE CHEESE FILLING IN THE CENTRE
  6. WHEN COOKED, FOLD IT OVER
  7. PRESS DOWN, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, TAKE OFF HEAT
