Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mung sprouts 1 cup
  2. Mataki sprouts 1/2 cup
  3. Black chana sprouts 1 tablespoon
  4. Boiled and mashed potato 1
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garlic cloves 4-5
  7. Ginger one small peice
  8. Oil vwry little for shallow frying
  9. Chaat masala little
  10. Chopped green chillies 1-2
  11. Garam masala 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. MIXED SPROUTS 1-2CUPS, GARLIC CLOVES 4, GINGER ONE SMALL PEICE,GARAM MASALA 1 TEASPOON, SALT TO TASTE, GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED 1
  2. TAKE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN GRINDER AND ADD SALT AND GARAM MASALA
  3. CLOSE THE LID
  4. GRIND IT IN TO A COARSE MIXTURE
  5. MIXTURE IS READY AFTER GRINDING
  6. TAKE OUT IT IN A PLATE OR MIXING BOWL
  7. ADD BOILED MASHED POTATO TO GROUND MIXTURE
  8. MIX WELL IN TO A HOMOGENEOUS MIXTURE
  9. PREPARE TIKKIS OF DESIRED SIZE
  10. PREPARE ALL TIKKIS AND KEEP ASIDE
  11. HEAT SOME OIL ON NON STICK TAWA AND SHALLOW FRY ALL TIKKIS
  12. TURN TIKKIS WHEN DONE FROM ONE SIDE
  13. CRISP TIKKIS ARE READY TO SERVE
