Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 1/4 cup
  3. Ghee 1 1/4 cup
  4. Water

Instructions

  1. MIX BESAN FLOUR IN HALF CUP OF GHEE WITHOUT LUMPS
  2. GREASE A TRAY WITH 2 TSP GHEE OR OIL
  3. BOIL SUGAR , WATER IN A HEAVY BOTTOM VESSEL TILL ONE STRING CONSISTENCY (I USED TRADITIONAL BRASS VESSEL)
  4. ADD A DROP OF SUGAR SYRUP IN WATER AND IF YOU TOUCH THE SYRUP IN MIDDLE OF YOUR FINGERS YOU SHOULD GET ONE STRING.
  5. LOWER THE HEAT AND IMMEDIATELY ADD FLOUR MIXTURE TO BOILING SYRUP , KEEP MIXING.
  6. ADD BALANCE GHEE AND KEEP STIRING IN LOW FLAME.
  7. KEEP STIRING
  8. WHEN MIXTURE STARTS BUBBLING AND WHITE FOAM FORMS, REMOVE FROM FLAME.
  9. IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER TO GREASED PLATE
  10. EVEN IT USING SPATULA
  11. LET IT COME DOWN TO ROOM TEMPERATURE, WHEN MYSOREPAH IS STILL WARM SLICE THEM AND LET THEM COOL DOWN COMPLETELY
