Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bottle gourd grated
  2. Oil for deep fry
  3. Salt as needed
  4. 4-5 green chilly
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/4 cup coriander
  7. 1/4 cup curry leaves
  8. 1 cup sesame seeds
  9. 1 onion chopped
  10. 2 cups rice flour

Instructions

  1. 4-5 GREEN CHILIES, 1 CHOPPED ONION, 1 CUP SESAME SEEDS, 1/4 CUP CORIANDER, 1/4 CUP CURRY LEAVES
  2. 1 BOTTLE GOURD GRATED
  3. 2 CUPS RICE FLOUR, 1 TABLESPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. OIL FOR DEEP FRY
  5. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS AND ADD SALT AND MAKE IT INTO FINE PASTE
  6. MAKE INTO PASTE
  7. NOW ADD TO GRATED BOTTLE GOURD MIXTURE
  8. ADD SESAME SEEDS
  9. MIX ALL TOGETHER
  10. ADD ENOUGH RICE FLOUR
  11. MIX WELL
  12. TAKE A WET CLOTH AND MAKE THEM LIKE MEDU VADA BY MAKING HOLE IN MIDDLE
  13. DEEP FRY THEM IN HOT OIL
  14. FRY UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN
  15. TAKE THEM INTO A DISH
