Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cauliflower florets 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Water
  5. Besan flour 1 cup
  6. Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. BREAK CAULIFLOWER IN MEDIUM SIZED FLORESTS
  2. RINSE IN HOT WATER
  3. ADD A PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  4. COMBINE BESAN FLOUR, SALT TO TASTE AND SOME WATER
  5. MIX WELL AND PREPARE SMOOTH BATTER
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER
  7. TAKE EACH MARINATED CAULIFLOWER AND DIP IN BATTER
  8. COAT WELL EACH FLORESTS
  9. ADD THESE IN MEDIUM HOT OIL AND FRY IN MEDIUM FLAME
  10. SAUTE AND FRY
  11. FRY TILL CRISPY AND GOLDEN EVENLY
  12. DRAIN ON PAPER TO REMOVE EXCESS OIL, SERVE IN HOT
