Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish 1-2
  2. Ginger small
  3. Garlic 4
  4. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 3 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves few
  8. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  9. coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Coconut oil as required
  11. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Make deep slit in both sides of the fish
  2. In mixer add curry leaves,garlic,ginger, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,Garam masala, coriander powder,salt.make a smooth paste.
  3. Apply this paste all over the fish body.
  4. Marinate it for 30 min.
  5. In pan heat coconut oil.fry it on both sides.cook well.
  6. Squeeze lemon.
  7. Spicy keralan fish fry is ready to eat
