Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mince 250 g
  2. Onion 1 sliced
  3. Potatoes 2 cut in cubes
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt according to your taste
  9. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker
  2. Add onion saute till its change in brown color
  3. Now add mince saute for five minutes
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili, turmeric, garam masala and salt mix it well
  5. Now add one cup water mix well and pressure cooked till Mutton become soft and tender
  6. Open a lid now saute till oil comes from side and above
  7. Now add potatoes and half cup of water
  8. Now take 2 whistle so potatoes become soft
  9. Open a lid and serve hot with roti or parataha
