Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cabbage finely chopped
  2. 3 carrots finely chopped
  3. 2 capsicum chopped finely
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp pepper pd
  6. Oil for frying
  7. 2 tbsp cornflour
  8. 2 tbsp maida
  9. 10to15 garlic finely chopped
  10. 10 green chillies chopped
  11. 1 tsp soya sauce
  12. 1 tsp chilli sauce


  1. In a bowl add the chopped cabbage, carrots,, capsicum,salt,pepper pd ,keep it aside for sometime . Then squeeze out the water completely
  2. Then add cornflour,maida an mix well then make round shapes of ball an deep fry it till golden brown an keep aside
  3. In another pan on the gas add the pan add 1 tsp oil add chopped garlic,green chillies mix well then add soya sauce, chilli sauce an stir for sometime then add the cornflour mixture (cornflour mixed with little water). The gravy starts to thicken then add the balls to it
