Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tomatoes
  2. 4 tbsp tomato paste
  3. 2 onion sliced
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 bowl capsicum greated
  6. 1 bowl carrot greated
  7. 1/2 bowl cabbage
  8. 2 tbsp cornflour
  9. 1 tbsp vinegar
  10. 1 tbsp garlic crushed


  1. Take a bowl add all vedges now add cornflour and salt mix well now make like small pakoda.
  2. Add oil in pan add greated garlic ginger now add onions saute add all add tomatoes.and sauce.....now add slurry of cornflour..
  3. Now add balls of Manchurian..
  4. Make it boil when it turns thick serve in bowl...add greated cheese
