Cheese is every childs favourite i make this dish for kids in toffee shape and filling is also very tasty...paneer and cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 3 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  5. 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  6. For filling---
  7. 2 tbsp grated paneer
  8. 2 tbsp grated cheese
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper
  11. 1/2 cup chop onion in slices
  12. Flakes
  13. Oregano

Instructions

  1. Make puree of carrot and beet
  2. Take half flour half salt and half oil in a bowl
  3. Add carrot puree and make dough
  4. Now take another bowl and add all like carrot dough
  5. And make beet dough
  6. Take cheese ,paneer salt and pepper and mix all of them
  7. Now roll down in square
  8. Cut from center
  9. Add filling in center and cover from both sides
  10. Give shape of toffee
  11. Prepare all like that
  12. Heat water in pan add salt and oil
  13. Boil ravioli in hot water for 10 min
  14. Now remove them from hot water
  15. And dip in cold water
  16. Heat oil in pan
  17. Add onion and saute
  18. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  19. Add 2 tbsp water
  20. And add toffee raviolies
  21. Toss them and sprinkle flakes and oregano
  22. Our ravioli is ready
  23. Add basil leaves and cheese and serve hot
