About Rice pakoda Recipe

Barish or not barish pakoda are all time favorite. You can make this with leftover rice also.

Ingredients to make Rice pakoda

  • 1 small bowl cooked rice
  • 3 table spoon gram flour
  • 2 table spoon table spoon curd
  • 1 spoon chopped green chilli
  • Pinch of asafoetida
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Oio for deep fry
  • 1/2 apoon red chilli powader
  • salt to taste

How to make Rice pakoda

  1. 1 SMALL BOWL COOKED RICE
  2. 3 TABLE SPOON GRAM FLOUR
  3. 2 TABLE SPOON CURD
  4. 1 SPOON CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI
  5. 1/2 SPOON RED CHILLI POWADER
  6. PINCH OF TURMERIC
  7. PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. MIX WELL
  10. REST IT FOR 3 HOURS
  11. HEAT OIL AND PUT MIXTURE'S SMALL PART IN HOT OIL
  12. FRY IT UNTILL BECOME GOLDEN BROWN
