ABOUT Rolled Omelette RECIPE

This is made by rolling together thin layers of seasoned egg in a frying pan.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Carrot 2 tbsp finely chopped
  3. Onion 3 tbsp finely chopped
  4. Salt as required
  5. Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take finely chopped chopped onion and carrot
  2. In a bowl ,beat two eggs.
  3. Add chopped onion ,carrot,salt,pepper powder
  4. Mix well
  5. Heat a frying pan on low heat.drizzle with some oil.
  6. When it gets hot pour 1/3 rd egg mixture in this
  7. When the egg get s slightly cooked take a spatula and start rolling the egg from one side
  8. Now move the rolled egg to one side of the pan and pour another 1/3 rd of the mixture on the other side
  9. When the egg gets cooked on the other side role the egg again and pour the rest of the egg mixture like this and do exactly the same.
  10. Now when the egg is completely rolled ,flip it on each side and cook gently on all the sides.
  11. Now it is done
  12. Remove to a board and cut it.
  13. Serve
