Potato stuffed paratha in different way for kids with goodness of fenugreek

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1½ cup wheat flour
  2. 2 spoon dried fenugreek leaves
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Refined oil
  5. water as required
  6. 4 boiled potatoes
  7. ¼ spoon carom seeds
  8. 1 onion finely chopped
  9. 1 carrot grated
  10. 1 spoon Garam Masala
  11. 1 Chili finely chopped
  12. ½ spoon dried mango powder

Instructions

  1. in a bowl mix wheat flour salt, carom seeds,dried fenugreek leaves and 2 spoon oil
  2. make a soft dough with water
  3. Keep aside for 10 minutes
  4. peel and mash potatoes
  5. Heat 2 spoon oil in a wok
  6. Add chilli and cumin seeds
  7. Saute onion till golden brown
  8. Add all ingredients
  9. Sprinkle a little water and mix well
  10. Let it cool
  11. Make 4 equal size balls from the dough
  12. Roll-on in big and thin circle
  13. Spread potato filling over it
  14. Gently roll in cylinder shape
  15. Cut in coin size with knife
  16. Gently press with palms
  17. Heat a tava and place potato coins on it
  18. Cook coins from both sides by applying refined oil
  19. Serve hot with tomato sauce
