Ingredients to make Cheese chicken pan kulcha

  • chicken mince minced 1 1/2 cup
  • Refined flour 2 cups
  • salt to taste
  • Soda bIcarbonate 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk 2 tablespoon
  • yogurt 1 tablespoon
  • garlic crushed 1 tablespoon
  • ginger crushed 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion 1 medium size
  • Green chilli chopped 1 tablespoon
  • coriander leaves chopped 4 tablespoon
  • Spread cheese 1 tablespoon
  • Refined oil 8 tablespoon
  • butter 1 teaspoon

How to make Cheese chicken pan kulcha

  1. Refine flour, salt and soda bicarbonate take in a bowl, mix it
  2. Add milk and yogurt , mix well
  3. Add sufficient water and kned into a soft dough
  4. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 1 hour
  5. After a hour devide the dough into eight equal portion and keep aside
  6. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions,coriander leaves, salt and cheese to chicken mince and mix well
  7. Take eight equal portion, roll out each portion of dough into a puri
  8. Place one portion of chicken mince in the centre , gather in the edges and roll into a ball
  9. Further roll into a round disc as thin as possible
  10. Heat a pan, shallow fry by refine oil
  11. Then serve it in hot
