ABOUT Pan fry cream cheese chicken RECIPE

Cream cheese pan fry chicken cooked with a Spice that I have received from SPRIG. This Spice blend is a really good, I just added some garlic ginger paste lemon juice and cream cheese. There felt no need to add any more particular spices like red chili powder and all. I prefer to use this Spice blend for any meat or poultry seasoning. We are Indians and so our palates never miss out on spicy food. So here I add some Indian spices aswell like black pepper powder and little salt . I must say that this SPRIG Spice blend is a really good. I had never used any continental Spice blend till now, but after using the SPRIG Spice blend I must say that this is a must try Spice blend. I recommend it for use in your traditional Indian dishes too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken breast piece 2 no.
  2. Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger and Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  7. Butter 3 tbsp
  8. Finely chopped red bell pepper 2 tbsp
  9. SPRIG Tangier Spice blend 2 tbsp
  10. Bread crumbs for coating.
  11. Vegetable oil 1tbsp
  12. For stir fry veggies - peel wash and cut the carrots, beans and red bell pepper.

Instructions

  1. Wash and slit the chicken breast into two. Beat with a hammer pat dry the pieces.
  2. Tangier Spice blend.
  3. Take a bowl add salt, pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cream cheese, bell pepper and veg oil, mix well .
  4. Cream cheese

  7. Rub the mixture on chicken pieces keep it for 30 minutes.
  8. Heat a grill pan roll the chicken on bread crumbs.
  9. Now shallow fry them both sides by applying butter till golden and crisp.
  10. For veggies - heat another pan add butter and stir fry the vegetables add little salt and pepper. Cook for 2 mins turn off the gas. Add lemon juice.
  11. Serve hot with stir fry veggies.
