ABOUT Chicken sukka(pan fry) RECIPE

Something similar to chicken tikka , but he nest part ia you can make it on stove top ,in a pan. A starter which is regular in my home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boneless Chicken 400 gms
  2. Curd 3 - 4 tbsp
  3. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  4. Green chilli paste 1tsp
  5. Everest Meat Masala 3tsp
  6. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 2tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pinch of orange food color
  10. Mustard oil 1tsp
  11. Cooking oil 2 tbsp


  1. In a bowl take the chicken.add curd in it.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Add all the Masalas ,salt and mustard oil and mix well
  4. Marinate it for 1/2 hour to 1 hr
  5. Take 2 tbsp ooking oil in a pan.
  6. Put the chicken in it
  7. Cook it covered on medium to low flame.
  8. Once the chicke is cooked and comes to dry consistency it is done.
  9. Serve with mint chutney
