Ingredients to make Pan fry Chicken Bhuna

  • chicken breast pieces -2
  • Hung curd 1/4 cup
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • green chilly paste 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Brown onion paste 1/4 cup
  • tomato paste 1/4 cup
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • All spice masala 1/2 tsp

How to make Pan fry Chicken Bhuna

  1. Take washed chicken breast pieces remove excess water. Add hung curd, lemon juice, salt to taste, garam masala , red chilly paste, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, ginger - garlic paste, green chilly paste, mix together & keep In the refrigerator for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Take some oil in a pan, add brown onion paste saute then add tomato paste. Saute till oil separates. Then add marinated chicken mix it well, add some hot water, keep the lid and cook the chicken
  3. Cook till the gravy dries. Add coriander leaves. Cool the chicken, add in 1 tsp corn flour, allspice masala and mix well
  4. Take a pan, add few drops of oil and butter. Add to chicken mix. Pan fry till crisp. Serve

My Tip:

It is a lengthy procedure but the final dish is very satisfying . You may add grated cheese to the dish
