Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. half litre milk
  2. one spoon custard powder
  3. sugar ⅛ cup
  4. one spoon Rose syrup
  5. 8 white Rasgulla readymade
  6. pomegranate seeds for garnishing
  7. chopped Pistachio for garnishing


  1. Mix custard powder in ½ cup milk
  2. Boil remaining milk on a medium flame for 5 minutes
  3. Mix custard milk in it and boil for 2 more minutes
  4. add sugar and rasgulla
  5. Boil for 2 minutes and switch off the flame
  6. let it cool completely on room temperature
  7. keep in fridge for 1 hour
  8. serve chilled Rasgulla custard pudding to your kids
