ABOUT Vanilla idli cake RECIPE

This is a recipe of a delicious cake, with the flavours of vanilla, steamed in an idli mould.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1½ cup refined flour
  2. ¾ cup sugar
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. half spoon baking soda
  5. half spoon baking powder
  6. half cup oil
  7. one spoon vanilla essence
  8. sprinklers for garnishing
  9. milk if required

Instructions

  1. mix sugar baking powder and baking soda in curd and cover for 10 minutes
  2. mix flour in curd and make a smooth better addmilk if required
  3. Mix oil and vanilla essence in batter
  4. Pour batter in greased idli mould
  5. Steam for 5 minutes
  6. Take out in plate and garnish with sprinklers
  7. Enjoy with kids
