ABOUT Wheatflour cookies in kadhai RECIPE

It has no butter, no eggs, no APF and it is made with whole wheat flour(atta). It is pretty healthy and tastes just like market brought.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheatflour 1cup
  2. Besan 1/2cup
  3. Sooji 2tbsp
  4. Sugar 1/4cup
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  7. Oil 1/2cup
  8. Salt a pinch
  9. Salt 1/2cup for baking in kadhai

Instructions

  1. Mix wheatflour, besan, sooji, sugar, salt, cumin seeds, cardamom powder.
  2. Add 2tbsp oil and rub the mixture well using both palms for 4/5mins.
  3. Add oil little by little and rub. Don't add at a time.
  4. Make a tight dough, roll, cut in cookie cutter.
  5. You can arrange different dryfruits, tutti frutti on top.
  6. Wrap aluminum foil on a plate. Grease with oil, and arrange the cookies on this.
  7. Heat a kadhai, put salt, and preheat on high flame for 5min. Then place a stand and put the cookies plate on this.
  8. Cover and cook for 20-25 mins on low flame.
  9. Remove, cool for few mins and serve. Put the rest in an airtight container.
