Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1-2 cup Wheatflour
  2. 2-half cup ghee
  3. 3-1/2 tsp mitha soda
  4. 4-salt
  5. 5- carom seeds (ajwain) 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Mix&rub the mixture atleast 5 mins ,
  3. Then add some plain water and kneed a tight dough
  4. Cover the dough with a wet cloth leave rest for 30 mins
  5. After 30 mins remove the cloth
  6. Now take some dough make a tennis ball size
  7. Next is heat a pressure cooker add 1 tbsp ghee,Now put one by one small dough on cooker surface (5pcs)
  8. Remove the whistle from the cooker ,
  9. Close the cooker with lid and cook baati on low flame atleast 15 to 20 mins
  10. Move the cooker in between when cooked
  11. Because all baati, s are cooked properly
  12. U must be check the baati 's in between its properly cooked or not
  13. After 15 to 20 mins all baati's done properly
  14. Pour some ghee on baati's &Serve with chokha /dal as per ur choice...
  15. Its very crunchy on outer side & soft in inner side its taste was superb
