Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1_2 cup Wheatflour
  2. 2_half cup maida
  3. 3_1tsp baking powder
  4. 4_1 tsp mitha soda
  5. 5_curd 2 tbsp
  6. 6_sugar half spoon
  7. 7_half cup milk/lukewarm water
  8. 8_butter
  9. 9_kalonji (onion seeds)


  1. Take all these ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. With help of milk or lukewarm water kneed a soft dough
  3. Cover it with a wet cloth & leave to rest for 2 to 3 hrs
  4. After 2 to 3 hrs remove the wet cloth and see the differences the dough should be increase in double sized
  5. Take some dough make a chapati with a help of rolling pin & sprinkle some onion seeds on the naan press lightly with help of rolling pin
  6. Now apply some water with a help of brush on naan
  7. Now heat a iron tawa & place naan on tawa (,the water part is lower side & dry part is upper side)
  8. Because of water the naan is stick on tawa after few sec the bubbles is shown on the naan
  9. After 2 to 3 mins flip the tawa on gas tove & roast the naan properly
  10. If u think naan is fall down on gas flame don't worry it does not fall down
  11. Now remove the tawa on gastove ,apply some butter on bothe side of naan
  12. Serve hot with as per ur choice...
