Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1/2 cup suji
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 1/2 tbsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tbsp dry green methi
  8. 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Take Maida, Suji, curd, sugar, salt and baking soda.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and add curd.
  3. Make a dough. Rest for 2 hours in air tight container.
  4. After 2 hours our dough is ready for tawa naan.
  5. Take a small ball size dough .
  6. Roll it and sprinkle the dry meethi on it .
  7. Spread the water on it.
  8. Pick up in your hand .
  9. Wet side on the Tawa.
  10. Turn on the tawa on low flame.
  11. Naan looks light golden colour.
  12. Remove from Tawa and bake on direct gas.
  13. Then spread butter on Tawa Naan.
  14. Our Tawa Naan is ready to eat.
