ABOUT spinach soya kebabs RECIPE

These are protein rich kababs which are delicious to eat and very easy to make. Follow this recipe to make this for your loved ones at home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 full bowls chopped spinach
  2. 1/2 bowl soya granules
  3. 1 boiled patato
  4. 1/2 bowl cottage cheese
  5. ginger garlic paste optional
  6. salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder to taste.


  1. wash the spinach and put it in a kadai to saute.
  2. soak the Soya in water for 15 minutes
  3. Drain it out and squeeze it properly
  4. after that mix the spinach Soya, paneer and potato properly and mix it well
  5. add ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli powder
  6. now make the small kebabs and keep it in fridge for 15 minutes
  7. heat the tawa and put some oil on it and cook the kebabs properly
  8. serve it with chutney and any dip
