Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 kg
  2. Seviyan 1 cup
  3. mawa 100 gms
  4. sugar 1 cup
  5. Nuts almonds 15
  6. Pistas 1 tbsp
  7. raisins 1 tbsp
  8. cashews 5
  9. elaichi powder 1 tsp
  10. Rose water 2 tsp
  11. kewra essence 2 drops
  12. ghee 1?2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottomed wok.Add 2 tbsp ghee.Fry nuts.chop them fine.
  2. Add 2 tbsp ghee add seviyan fry them till golden brown.Keep aside.
  3. Fry mawa without ghee on slow flame for 5 minutes till it becomes pink.Keep aside.
  4. Now take seviyan in the same wok add lukewarm milk.Boil them together for 15 minutes till seviyan cooks.
  5. Add mawa and nuts.
  6. Add sugar .Stir well.
  7. Now add elaichi powder,rose water and kewara essence. Can add rest of the ghee.
  8. Keep it covered for 15 minutes.
  9. Adjust the consistency.
  10. Serve this heavenly hot seviyan to your dear ones.
