About Cut Mango Pickle Recipe

It's a simple and yummy pickle which served with curd rice.

Cut Mango Pickle

Ingredients to make Cut Mango Pickle

  • Chopped raw mango 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Dry Kashmiri red chilli 5 to 6 or you can use Kashmiri Chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • methi seeds 1/2 tsp
  • hing 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Gingerly oil 2 to 3 tbsp

How to make Cut Mango Pickle

  1. In a pan add oil, once heated, add mustard seeds. Once cracked, add hing and turn off the flame.
  2. Transfer the cut raw mango to the bowl, pour the mustard seeds tempering to the cut mangoes and mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Dry roast the dry Chilli and methi seeds and grind them to the coarse powder.
  5. And mix the dry powder in the cut mangoes until combined well. Check the taste, add salt or Chilli powder according to taste.
  6. Transfer the cut mango pickle to the air tight jar.
