This is a bihari delicacy, yummy and filling littis with a sattu stuffing.

Ingredients to make Sattu litti

  • Sattu - 250 gms
  • wheat flour - 3 cups
  • onions - 1
  • garlic - 4 leaves
  • green chillies - 2
  • Ajwain mangrela - 1/2 tspn
  • lemon juice - 1 tspn
  • coriander leaves - 2 tspn
  • salt
  • oil - 2 tspn
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • ghee for coating

How to make Sattu litti

  1. TAKE SATTU, ONIONS, GREEN CHILLIES, AJWAIN MANGRELA, SALT, LEMON JUICE, CORIANDER LEAVES, OIL
  2. ADD WATER AND MIX THE MIXTURE. IT SHOULD BE IN POWDER FORM ONLY
  3. KNEAD WHEAT FLOUR AND MAKE SMALL GOLAS TO FORM A LITTI
  4. FILL THE SATTU MIXTURE IN THE DOUGH
  5. FILL IN PROPERLY AND CLOSE IN THE FORM OF BALL
  6. HEAT THE OVEN
  7. PLACE THE LITTIS ON IT AND COVER IT. COOK FOR 10 MIN AND THEN TOSS SO THAT OTHER SIDE ALSO GETS COOK
