Ingredients to make Litti Choka
- For dough -
- 1 1/2 cups whole atta ( litti are crunchier if made with maida).
- 3/4 - 1 cup regular or fat-free .
- For filling -
- 1 cup sattu ( a special gram ).
- 4 garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 or more finely chopped.
- 1/2 cup fresh leaves, finely chopped.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- 1/2 tsp mangrella ( nigella or )
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1 (juice of 1 )
- to taste.
How to make Litti Choka
My Tip:Make dough from atta using yoghurt and not water. The dough should be soft and fully kneaded.
