Yummy kulfi to satisfy your sweet tooth with the goodness of curd and rose syrup

Lassi kulfi

Ingredients to make Lassi kulfi

  • 2 cups thick fresh curd
  • 3 tbsp sugar powdered
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  •  1 tbsp fresh malai
  • 1 tbsn rose petals
  • 1 tbsn rose syrup

How to make Lassi kulfi

  1. Take curd in a jug.
  2. Add powdered sugar
  3. Whisk till the curd turns smooth.
  4. Then add cardamom powder,malai whisk again till a frothy layer is formed. 
  5. Add the rose petals and mix well.
  6. Pour this lassi in kulfi moulds and froze it for 4-6 hours.
  7. Once its nicely froze, take it out, rub the mould between your hands, so kulfi will loosen up.
  8. Take it out and garnish with rose syrup. enjoy it immediately.
