Banana bread is my all time favorite breakfast or tea-time snack. This recipe is so versatile that you can play with flours or sugars of your choice. Unrefined ingredients is what I like to always use in my baking and using coconut oil, coconut sugar not only makes it healthy but gives a whole new dimension! This recipe is not only healthy but tasty too!
