Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup tuvar/ toor dal ( soaked)
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1 cup diced tomatoes
  4. 3 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp Garam masala
  7. 1/2 tsp Termeric
  8. 1/2" Ginger
  9. 15 clove Garlic
  10. 1 cup Corrinder
  11. 2 glass water

Instructions

  1. SOAK TUVAR / TOOR DAL FOR 30MINS BEFORE.
  2. CORRINDER, GARLIC, GINGER
  3. MAKE A FINE PASTE.
  4. DICE TOMATOES
  5. HEAT PRESURE COOKER & ADD OIL.
  6. ADD GINGER-GARLIC PASTE.
  7. SAUTE.
  8. COOK TILL STRONG AROMA GOES OFF.
  9. ADD TOMATOES.
  10. MIX WEL.
  11. COOK TILL TOMOTOES GET MUSHY.
  12. ADD TERMERIC,GARAM MASALA,RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT .
  13. SAUTE.
  14. COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 7MINS.
  15. ADD WATER.
  16. ONCE WATER STARTS BOILING.
  17. ADD SOAKED DAL.
  18. CLOSE THE PRESSURE COOKER.COOK FOR ONLY 10 MINS ON LOW FLAME.
  19. DAL IS READY!
