About Dahi Pakodi Recipe

A quick substitute to dahi wada. When having guests this is one dish to include takes only 10 minutes & tastes yummm

Dahi Pakodi

Ingredients to make Dahi Pakodi

  • 1 big cup besan
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • Salt, red chilly pwdr, jeera pwdr, pepper pwdr
  • Chaat masala, corriander leaves & imli sweet chutney

How to make Dahi Pakodi

  1. Mix besan with water & cooking soda. The batter shoul be medium not very runny or thick
  2. Fry with help of a spoon drop the batter in oil.
  3. Fry all balls & keep aside.
  4. Take 2 tbsp curd mix little salt & sugar & make into chas consistency & drop the ball into it.
  5. In a serving bowl mix curd with salt, chaat masala & all the other ingredients.
  6. Remove the pakodi & keep in curd mixture. Refrigerate for an hour.
  7. Before serving sprinkle some red chilly, chaat masala & chutney.

My Tip:

Always dip in chas first because its fried if you dip directly into curd mix it will absorb all curd.
