ABOUT Curd brinjal RECIPE

A healthy and summer cool recipe. It use as a side dish with main meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brinjal cubes - 8pc
  2. Curd - 200gms
  3. Besan - 2tbspn
  4. Onion( slice) - 2pc
  5. Mustard seed - 1tspn
  6. Curry leaves - as your need
  7. Turmeric powder- 1tspn
  8. Coriander powder- 1tspn
  9. Red chilly powder - 1tspn
  10. salt as needed
  11. Green chilly - 2pc
  12. Mustard oil - 4t

Instructions

  1. Cut bringal in cube shape ,mix salt and turmeric in all the cubes.
  2. Take a kadai , pour cooking oil in it. Saute the brinjal cubes lightly till the cubes become browned. Keep aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix curd, besan, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander powder properly that no lump should be formed.
  4. Take a kadai, pour oil ,heat it. Add mustard seeds when the seeds start to crackled add Curry leaves and green chilly.
  5. Now add onion slice and saute it, when the onions get cooked add the curd mixture from the bowl in kadai and mix everything properly.
  6. Now add sauteed bringal cubes and continue cooking for few minutes unlitt the whole spices and curd properly mix with brinjal.
